Salon Policies

Thank you for choosing our salon! Please review our policies before booking your appointment.
We encourage our clients to ask about service pricing before services are performed.
There may be an upcharge for more product and time implemented.

Appointments & Cancellations

• No refunds are given for any services performed.
• A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments longer than one hour.
• New clients booking major services are required to pay a deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
• Deposits are applied to your service when you keep your appointment.

Service Adjustments

• An in-person evaluation is required before any redo is considered.
• The original stylist must perform the consultation.

Hair Extensions

• Ordered hair extensions are non-refundable.
• Extension installations are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for hair after 90 days.
• Fixes after 4 weeks require a new install or additional charge.

Color Corrections

• A signed consent form is required before all color correction services.
